I know not even a tongue piercing and my ex that you had until you pointed him out. He said he never felt as if we were kissing. but I suppose if the person who loves to have his tongue pierced in all directions, then it would make a difference, and it is likely that the other person feels. But for me ... Ive gotten so used to it that I forget I even have pierced.
