Am i supposed to rinse off Eskinol naturals facial cleanser? - eskinol

A pharmacist handed me Eskinol Naturals Cucumber Facial Cleanser with antibiotics to cure my acne. The instructions for use behind the bottle says: "Soak a cotton ball and apply on face and neck. Does that mean you do not need mouthwash?" But we should always clean laundry for the face? Or should I use as a tonic after cleaning ?
